Our proprietary Lubricant Sublayer Photocuring (LSPc) 3D printing technology unlocks productivity gains by as much as 20 times greater than those of other 3D printing processes. We offer a wide range of polymer solutions, spanning from desktop resin 3D printing to industrial additive manufacturing systems. We are seeking an experienced Documentation Control Specialist to join our dynamic team located in Ventura, California. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, administering, maintaining, and monitoring document control activities in accordance with approved internal document control SOP requirements.


  • Responsible for implementing the processes and procedures as outlined in the document control SOP.
  • Verifies and maintains documents in internal electronic vaults according to their status such as pre-release and released files.
  • Ensures revisions to master documents reflect approved changes, as directed.
  • Updates, reviews, and verifies master indexes, BOM and files.
  • Ensures distribution of changed documents. Identifies obsolete documents and ensures their destruction/removal from circulation.
  • Records coordination of archiving, retrieval, and retention of files records within e-vault.
  • Manages document change orders and communicate the status of the change order to various affected departments.
  • Aids in the release of all controlled documentation by (but not limited to) providing information, solving problems, identifying issues, and entering information into various computerized systems.
  • Serves internal customers to meet business needs.
  • Verifies accurate completion of change requests.
  • Functions as change control administrator by supplying training and support to users as well as assists in validation of document control system through upgrades and workflow changes.
  • Responsible for prioritizing Document Control workload to meet business needs.


  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 3- 4 years of Document Control experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills is required.
  • Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills is required.
  • A self-starter who is proactive, dependable, and accountable for driving results with integrity and limited supervision is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all communications with all levels within the organization as well as external suppliers, partners, and customers required.
  • A sense of urgency to meet timelines, ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing business required.
  • Team player who supports document control programs and projects as needed for designated teams within the organization required.
  • Familiar with PDM, ERP, and ISO 9000 requirements is a plus.
