Rhythm Mehra’s journey into additive manufacturing engineering is unique and true to itself. The main direction change was taking up the opportunity at Eaton. This shows how she was courageous to face the fear of uncertainty.
She teaches us to be resilient and confident to take up opportunities and grow through whatever the process looks like. Through taking up the opportunity of an internship with Airbus, she had come to realize how much of a fascinating technology Additive Manufacturing genuinely is.
To her, the whole course of being able to transform your ideas into something tangible or physical – “converting your crazy ideas into something physical is quite a fascinating thing.”
