Does this sound like you? nTopology is hiring a Global Campaign Manager to serve as the central nerve of our Marketing team as we enter our next stage of growth.

You would be responsible for the core deliverables of our marketing team, including our integrated campaigns and experiential events such as trade shows and webinars. You will work within and outside our marketing team to deliver compelling campaigns and initiatives that build our brand while generating demand for our ever-expanding audiences.

This role reports to the nTopology Brand Marketing Director.


What You’ll Do:

Integrated Campaign Management:
Develop detailed campaign briefs and plans to ensure all related stakeholders are clear on campaign stakeholders, objectives, assets, and timelines
Work across internal and external stakeholders to develop campaign assets and actively drive the timely execution of campaigns
Work with our internal and external creative teams to craft on-brand creative assets that stand out in our industry
Work closely with customer success, sales, and marketing operations to ensure tightly-coordinated and flawless execution of campaigns
Drive visibility by communicating with outside stakeholders

Event  Planning and Execution:
Plan and execute trade show participation at key events globally
Drive experiential engagement at trade shows and other live and virtual company events
Own the robust communication plan around events
Coordinate events with resellers and outside parties

General Management:
Serve as the central nerve for project management for the entire marketing team
Be a key marketing team representative to other teams throughout the company
Report and present results to stakeholders
Manage outside marketing and communication agencies

Who You Are:

BA/BS degree
3+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end in a complex environment
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced company
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple internal and external teams/partners with a team-oriented and collaborative spirit
Experience with robust integrated campaigns including traditional, digital, experiential and PR elements
Trade show and other customer-oriented events experience
Very organized, fantastic attention to detail, and good problem-solver
Someone always asking what is next while keeping their eyes on the ball
Able to work well managing internal and external creative teams with good creative sensibilities
An authentically nice person who enjoys working with a highly-talented and diverse global team


It’s a Plus If You Also Have These:

Experience with a variety of marketing platforms including marking automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce), project management (Asana) as well as DAM (Canto)
Familiarity with the engineering or manufacturing space
Advertising or marketing agency experience
