Nexa3D is seeking an impactful storyteller and data-driven content fanatic who is passionate about disruptive technologies in the 3D printing industry. As the Head of Content Marketing, you’ll own the development and execution of Nexa3D’s content marketing strategy, along with the corresponding budgets and key performance indicators. You will be an expert in all content media types, including blogs, white papers, case studies, social media, emails, webinars, videos, and podcasts. Above all, you’ll have a keen understanding and appreciation for a user-centric content approach that attracts, captivates, and converts both online and offline customers including new acquisition and retention efforts.
This role requires a content marketing leader with a track record of building thought leadership and partnering with demand generation counterparts to enable lead generation through their content effective strategy, execution, and distribution. They will bring experience in building content experiences and journeys to help prospects accelerate awareness and trust in the Nexa3D brand and sales process.
●Build, own, and optimize the content marketing strategy and execution
●Own the content budget, KPIs, and full-funnel report suite (dashboards/reports)
●Own the editorial calendar for social media and blog
●Own the narrative and execution of email nurturing programs
●Prioritize, organize, and execute monthly content marketing campaigns and projects to build brand and increase thought leadership and velocity of sales-accepted pipeline dollars
●Take a lead role on many copywriting projects and/or provide guidance to freelance writers.
●Build a hub-and-spoke content strategy to accelerate alignment and impact of each piece of content
●Execute world-class multi-channel content campaigns, both organic and paid
●Collaborate with Head of Demand Gen on campaign development and execution to drive new customer acquisition
●Work closely with CMO, Dir of Strategic Comms, and VP of Product Marketing to craft a compelling product and brand narrative
●Develop content marketing campaigns that drive engagement (clicks), leads (form submissions), demo requests, and most importantly new customer acquisition and revenue growth
●Test, measure, and optimize content marketing campaigns using various A/B and multi-variate testing techniques
●Be a data fanatic when it comes to measuring content marketing attribution, efforts, funnel, and pipeline acceleration
SCOPE OF SUPERVISION:
The individual will have supervision responsibilities for freelancers and agency partners.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
●4-year degree in marketing or business, or on-the-job equivalent experience
●Excellent written and communication skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving as well as highly organized and self-motivated
●Able to see other people’s points of view and take on critical feedback
●Drive to work as part of a diverse team with global ecosystem partners
●Excited by belonging to a team of passionate doers, creative thinkers, and market disruptors. You must be just as excited about executing as you are about formulating the strategy. We are a small but mighty team of doers!
●7+ years of experience in content marketing with at least 5 owning the content marketing framework
●Ability to develop a content marketing analytics engine with real-time reports and dashboards (ideally in Hubspot or GA)
●Track record of hitting and surpassing monthly content marketing KPIs and goals
●Knowledge of SEO principles for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and drive to build SEO expertise
●Track record of both organic and paid content distribution models through digital marketing channels
●Knowledgeable in email marketing strategies and execution for both branded newsletters and nurturing drip campaigns
●Expertise in using social media to build followers and distribute content through the following channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
●Experience in the 3D printing industry
●Experience in B2B
●Experience in e-commerce
●Experience with Hubspot, WordPress, and GA
●Experience with YouTube content
●Occasional travel to Ventura, California
●Occasional travel to industry events and tradeshows
