As a Business Development Manager, your role is to generate and facilitate new opportunity creation through inbound and outbound opportunities. You will leverage excellent communication skills, deep product knowledge, business acumen and operational skills to generate new leads and turn leads into opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing Mantle’s CRM system. You will be an integral member of developing a sales playbook and scalable sales strategy. As a member of a small, agile marketing and sales team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to Mantle’s growth.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Prospect into target accounts via thorough research and personalized outreach
Follow up with inbound leads, educate them regarding Mantle’s technology and value proposition, and qualify leads so they can become new sales opportunities for Mantle
Conduct initial calls and meetings with prospective customers
Become a subject matter expert on Mantle’s technology and value proposition
Create and execute on demand gen programs
Manage Mantle’s CRM
Help develop a playbook for sales process and outreach
