This role is responsible for providing support to the Additive Manufacturing commercial and technical team.

Critical Activities

Ensures on-time completion of lab requests and part orders
Develops and executes test plans to resolve customer issues
Completes logs for all printer operations via designated system to break down associated costs
Documents all testing and parameter results in designated system
Maintains detailed failure log
Enforces required operation and safety protocols within the lab
Performs new material tests and completes new potential material analysis
Directs and conducts maintenance of equipment and verification of proper performance using designated standards
Supports customers in designated territory in operation and parameter development
Creates required guides and documentation for ongoing customer printing support
Continuously expands knowledge of polymer, additive material, adhesives, and other processing methods
Expands Interdepartmental process knowledge to assist in problem-solving
Provides supportive literature and documentation to designated territory
Corresponds with internal staff for sales support

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
CAD- Solidworks, Fusion 360 or equivalent
