Job Profile:

As part of the commercial team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create a strong sales pipeline for the products and services offered by JuggerBot 3D. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of additive manufacturing processes and solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•        Research and identify potential leads within the manufacturing industry through various sources, such as online research, industry events, and referrals.

•        Analyze and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they match the company’s target customer profile.

•        Initiate outbound communication, including cold calls, emails, and social media messages to introduce the company’s manufacturing solutions to potential clients.

•        Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products and services and tailor messaging to address specific client needs.

•        Conduct thorough discovery conversations with leads to understand their manufacturing challenges, pain points, and objectives.

•        Assess whether the lead’s requirements align with the company’s offerings and escalate qualified leads to team.

•        Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and engagement.

•        Educate leads about JuggerBot 3D’s products, services, and solutions positioning them as valuable solutions to their manufacturing needs.

•        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and relevant information in the CRM system.

•        Monitor and track leads’ progress through the sales funnel, ensuring timely handoff to the team.

•        Effectively use sales enablement tools and partner with marketing to expand tool kit.

•        Provide valuable insights and feedback based on lead interactions to improve overall lead generation strategies.

•        Attend industry events to expand our presence and influence in the industry.

•        Regularly provide insight from customers and the market to influence our product development and marketing strategies as well as help to guide our overall company strategy.

•        Contribute to development of JuggerBot 3D business plans to achieve sales objectives.

•        Fundamental understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.

•        Adaptability to evolving strategies and willingness to learn and grow within the role.

•        Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

•        Experience with Hubspot’s CRM, Marketing Automation, and Sales Automation tools.

•        Experience in 3D printing/Additive Manufacturing preferred.


Education/Work Requirements:

•        Must be authorized to work in the US.

•        Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field preferred.

•        3+ years of experience working in manufacturing equipment sales or related field preferred.

•        Travel up to 50% may be required.

•        May require work during the evening or on weekends.

•        Salary for this position: $45,000 – $60,000
