3D printing software for healthcare

Customy is a MedTech startup. We are experts in the field of designing individual implants and virtual 3D surgery planning. We have developed game-changing software for 3D printing of the patients’ anatomy. As we grow we are looking for a Head of Growth to join our Executive Team to play a vital role in our venture. Candidates should have a blend of analytical talent and business know-how. We’re especially looking for someone with great communication and negotiating skills, as you’ll be expected to interact with executives and clients on a daily basis. Key responsibilities:

  • design and execute growths plan, which includes sales and marketing strategies
  • seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and distributors
  • develop and execute marketing plan/campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels

 

In this role you will:

  • create and implement sales strategies, tactics and action plans
  • build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer/distribution relationships
  • create and implement marketing strategies, which may include content marketing
  • manage marketing channels, including e-mail, social media, partner channels
  • demonstrate strategic vision out of the box and be able to set the foundation for testing different tactics and channels
  • perform market research to identify new opportunities
  • blend data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, workshops, and customer feedback
  • build growth team whose culture is suited to the challenging and experimental nature of work

 

Qualifications and skills:

  • at least 6 years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • demonstrable success in business to business sales
  • understanding the features, functionality, and purpose of medical software
  • understanding 3D printing software landscapes and trends
  • fluent in the full spectrum of client acquisition channels
  • excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills with a strong work ethic
  • bold, determined, and delivering results in a pressurized environment
  • hands-on ability and be comfortable with for example managing channels, digging into Google Analytics or reviewing written and visual content
  • top-notch analytical skills you must have an eye for detail
  • problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • proficiency in English fluent written and verbal communication skills

 

Nice to have:

  • competent across disciplines with deep expertise in 3D printing
  • knowledge of the medical devices market
  • knowledge of German and/or French
  • interest in psychology
