About The Role

Our Store Managers lead by example and are responsible for delivering and maintaining excellent standards in the following areas:

  • Customer service – providing solutions and in-store experiences that inspire our customers
  • Product knowledge – providing expert advice on our great range of brands and products
  • Merchandising – boosting store sales through in-store experience and presentation
  • Teamwork – coaching and support your team to achieve store goals and objectives together
  • Depending on your skills and passions, the role will be customised to focus more on
    • Technical Support and Repair
    • Marketing and Media
    • Sales Management

Skills and Experience

  • Digitally savvy – adept at working in a number of pieces of software locally and remotely
  • Experienced with 3D printing or driven to dive in to this rapidly evolving industry
  • Retail or Sales Management experience will be highly regarded
