What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation leader who can bring innovation and strategic insight that will fuel ongoing growth, with demonstrated success exceeding new business and conversion goals through proven strategies and tactics.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute global and regional integrated campaign strategy for 3D Systems customer segments leveraging multiple channels: traditional, digital, social, global and regional events, ABM, inbound…
Collaborate with segment marketing, content operations, and other internal stakeholders to deliver high quality campaign content and create a rich, data-driven campaign roadmap.
Partner with Segment, Product, and Regional Sales leaders to reverse engineer target audiences to match ideal buyer personas.
Ensures all needed buyer personas contacts are in our CRM, and purchases databases and data intents to optimize our market coverage
Utilize segmentation and paid social and ad network targeting in global ABM, intent-based, and remarketing campaigns to drive industry leading CPL and MQL achievement while identifying targeted late-stage deal acquisition for a full funnel strategy.
Create digital and print media plans and creative execution of outreach. Maintain close relationships with the major communication vectors
Manage and optimize the paid search budget to maximize converting traffic to the website, closely working with the Web team
Lead and execute intent-based and account-based marketing (ABM) as pillars of demand generation to efficiently target buying committee audiences.
Develop digital asset, prospect, and customer journeys focusing on conversion through email nurture and digital programs utilizing marketing automation systems.
Work with the Content, Segment, and Product teams to optimize demand generation asset development and deployment globally. Ensure the assets communicate the business value and benefits of technical solutions in a compelling way to optimize CTAs
Direct the implementation of global and regional campaigns with regional campaign teams.
Set targets for regional field marketing to achieve KPIs on regional level, assist in designing and fueling campaigns and programs with the appropriate branding, messaging, and content assets including localization work. Work closely with field marketing stakeholders to determine the right mix of digital and traditional channels.
Coordinate Demand Generation marketing campaigns with Inside Sales activities
Evaluate and monitor campaigns on a regular basis to improve effectiveness and efficiency of campaign content and activation dollars spent.
Constantly appraise and apply the latest marketing best practices, experiment and optimize different tactics, and consistently meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals
Provide systematic reporting and analysis on campaign outcomes, and implement learnings into future campaign planning and optimization
Responsible for budget & planning management, forecasting and reporting
Provide ongoing leadership and direction to grow the team members and create an atmosphere that promotes an efficient and effective working environment.

What You Will Need

Education and Training

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

5+ years of applied B2B demand strategy, leadership, and/or consultative experience
Hands on experience as a digital Marketing manager in a large or mid-size global enterprise
Experience managing campaign strategy and integrated marketing campaigns implementation with track record of MQL and CPL achievements
Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, and ABM technology (DemandBase preferred)
Previous 3-5 years B2B customer facing experience as Consultant, Sales or Presales is a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign attribution, and pipeline generation strategies
Excellent cross-functional teamwork and ability to build close relationships with sales and marketing stakeholders
Strong customer focus and business acumen; has a passion for business value
Project management and analytical skills
Exposure to one of our market segments or to an industry related to 3D Systems is a plus
Ability to lead a team, motivate, and communicate
